Michael Caraballo As President of Operations, Mike brings three generations of pool building experience to Aqua Bello Designs. His grandfather and father spent 40 years employed by a large pool company in various pool construction phases. Upon graduation from high school, Mike followed in these experienced foot-steps and has been in the swimming pool business for over 25 years. After 18 years learning about and working in both residential and commercial pool construction, Mike founded Bello's Coping & Tile. Bello’s was the first company of its kind to do complete pool restorations and has established itself as the premier masonry company in the area; specializing in custom waterfalls, stone coping, stone decks, and retaining walls. Building upon the success of Bello's, Mike decided to partner with Jeff Renneisen and launch Aqua Bello Designs.
Jeff Renneisen As Director of Sales, Jeff brings two generations of pool building experience to Aqua Bello Designs. Beginning at the age of 16, Jeff worked with his father, a commercial swimming pool designer and builder for over 30 years. After graduating from Temple University with a degree in Hydrogeology, and a few years working for an environmental firm, Jeff realized his calling. In the mid 90's Jeff began his career as a residential pool designer, consistently ranking as a top salesman in a national pool company. Jeff's relationship with Mike developed at that point. Realizing the potential of their combined capabilities they formed Aqua Bello Designs LLC. The experience and knowledge that both Michael Caraballo and Jeff Renneisen bring to the swimming pool business is unprecedented in the industry.
