Referrals are hard to come by as most of our friends and neighbors do not have pools and the ones who do had put them in a long time ago. Choosing a company based on advertisements in the yellow pages or periodicals seemed to have no merit. We were so lucky to find Mike and Jeff at Aqua Bello and I immediately found Jeff to be trustworthy and professional so Aqua Bello became our choice. Jeff was there every step of the way and turned our idea of the perfect pool into a reality. He had great ideas and helped us through the many choices. Mike did a great job with our tiling and coping as well as supervising the top notch crews each of which told me how lucky we were to have hired Aqua Bello as they are the best in the business. To top it off they even finished when promised. Our pool speaks for itself and we love it!
We recently had the pleasure of working with Jeff & Mike at Aqua Bello. We faced many challenges with the space in our yard which made putting a pool in a challenge! Jeff made countless trips to our house to meet with us to come up with the perfect plan for our unique situation. Once construction began, Mike was always on site to answer any and all of our questions. We were highly impressed with the quality of work and attention paid to detail in every step of the building process. We never felt like we were "just a job" to them and it was evident that Mike & Jeff pride themselves on customer satisfaction. Jeff Renneisen and Mike Caraballo are truly what we would call a "dream team" in the pool industry. Jeff Renneisen was involved in every aspect of building our pool and was the utmost professional throughout the entire process. His experience and creativity were major assets to us during the whole process, from design to completion. Jeff's expertise and both hard and honest work ethic were indispensable to us. Jeff never gave less than 110%. Jeff genuinely cared about helping us build the pool of our dreams and went out of his way many times to help us. His service and communication with us was top-notch. He always got back to us in a timely manner and spent as much time as needed with us, every step of the way. Having someone we could trust was so valuable as it gave us peace of mind. The outstanding quality of his work gave us an incredible pool. We would highly recommend Jeff Renneisen. He is one in a million. Mike Caraballo did stone and tile work around our pool and also was the highest quality professional we've worked with in his area of expertise. His work is impeccable and he and his crew are perfectionists in their quality and workmanship. Every minute detail was thought out to make sure that everything, even the little finishing touches, were completed with superior craftsmanship. He spent as much time as we needed answering questions and discussing options with us. He never made us feel rushed in making our decisions, even when his crew was in the middle of the job. His crew was polite and professional and easy to talk with about our project. His experience is clearly tops in his industry. He did beautiful work. We would highly recommend Mike.
When we finally decided on a pool, we knew we did not want a traditional rectangular sky blue “cement pond”. Working with Jeff was great right from the start. Jeff understood our budget and our wish for a unique design and backyard “poolscape” versus just a pool. Jeff suggested a very creative design that blended all of the features we were seeking, a waterfall, a sunshelf, a deep-end walkout, and a loveseat beneath the waterfall. Next, Jeff understood the quality of the design we were building and suggested some great material choices for the tile, plaster, coping, and waterfall. We could not be happier with the finished product! The complements are non-stop. But using the right materials with the right design requires the choice of the right craftsman! That’s were Jeff’s knowledge of the pool business really proved itself. Jeff introduced us to Mike Caraballo. We met with Mike and he knew intuitively, what we were looking to create. The Pennsylvania bluestone coping is one of a kind. The tile work is flawless and blends well with the coping stone. The fox field boulders and Mike’s use and placement of them to create the waterfall make it look completely natural – like we built the pool at the base of this waterfall. The real gem and testament to Mike’s craftsmanship, however, is the bluestone “dry stack” work he and his crew did on the raised spa. His crew spent very long days in the heat of July hand cutting, facing, and placing each bluestone – again, blending with the coping we used. Mike even created the same look on the fire pit we had him build for us. I can not say enough about the team of Jeff and Mike! Anyone can design a pool on paper. These professionals will bring your design to life and within budget!
